Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

You ll provide trust and build customer loyalty. Provide clinical customer support. Additional responsibilities include support of sales and marketing efforts through clinical presentations, product demonstrations.

You are responsible for :

  • Supports Account Manager by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
  • Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition also tenders.

  • Providing technical expertise to customers and users and trains them in order to optimize the usage of our products.
  • Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications / solutions.
  • Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Support new products launches.
  • Train (re-train) customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage.
  • Seminars and workshop preparation.
  • Working with the sales team to achieve its modality objectives.
  • Reporting of customer feedback according to quality policy.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality and usage of the solution.
  • You are a part of :

    Great application team in Spain. You will be an Application Specialist in Ultrasound to work in Catalonia area. You will report directly to BMM & Sales Leader US for Spain.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

  • Strong knowledge of the clinical environments
  • Previous experience with ultrasound equipment
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and communicative level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent customer and teamwork skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Proficient with computers and office tools
