to join the international digital team for Carolina Herrera based in Barcelona. Working alongside the E-Commerce & CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the global merchandising strategy and day to day content and catalogue operations of the e-commerce and global websites of the brand.
Your goal will be to achieve the revenue targets, site performance KPIS as well as the visual manifestation of the brand codes & aesthetics on site.
Functions and Responsibilities :
Catalogue & Stock Management :
Ongoing buying : forecasting and entering quantities for the E-commerce business in the stock-buying and management system.
Catalogue maintenance according to seasonal calendars : upload & maintain products, price list and stock. Ensure digital congruency across regions, confirm optimal digital assortment.
Own the seasonal trading calendar strategy to support company strategy, working alongside the Marketing & Operations Teams.
Stock optimization : follow up and generate stock reports to ensure we never have stock-outs and get replenishments on time.
Search rules optimization : create new search rules based on active data (sales, traffic, etc.) and maintain search chart to make sure clients find what they are looking for.
Sorting rules : create and optimize sorting rules to ensure the best products sorting per category.
Create new categories / landing pages according to the strategy to be aligned also with Social Media and CRM calendars.
Regular analysis of each business unit performance to maximize commercial opportunities.
Constantly monitoring and reviewing country performance in order to potentialize profit.
Visual Merchandising & Content Management :
Deliver product merchandising strategy to guarantee an accurate & qualitative brand image.
Manage content delivery for across all categories partnering with the Digital marketing, Marketing & PR teams, copywriters and external production teams to manage a constant flow of correct content.
Lead sessions regarding the improvements within the systems (DAM, Y2, Hybris, SAP, etc.) to speed up the content delivery process.
Project management of launches across categories Product launches, Christmas, Valentines, Runway, etc., partnering with the Fashion House, Mkt Ops, Supply Chain & Retail VM.
Help coordinating E-commerce shootings across all categories : make up, fragrances and fashion.
Ensure fast turnaround of key styles, track errors found and follow up on new corrected content for product to be put live to maximize sell- through.
2-3 years of experience working as an online merchandiser in a beauty (fragrance and make up) brand or retailer environment.
Able to demonstrate commercial aptitude and a pragmatic approach to working.
Strong analytical / numerical skills.
Experience in managing projects that involve content creation & editing.
Understanding of beauty and luxury fashion, branding and an eye for aesthetics.
Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly. Ability to meet deadlines.
