We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The goal is to ensure full-cycle recruitment processes with a high quality standard, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

The ideal candidate will also take part in different projects within the HR department and add value to the culture of the organization.

Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.

Responsibilities

You’re our perfect candidate if you :

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for a wide variety of departments within the company.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
  • Do active search of candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews, in person, online and / or via telephone.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate status.
  • Manage the offer process. Work with the hiring manager to discuss the compensation package, level, and start date to be presented to the candidate.
  • Obtain all necessary documentation and approvals prior to presenting offers to candidates.

  • Prepare the onboarding process of new employees with the hiring manager in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Gather and analyze recruitment data and useful HR metrics.
  • Take part in employees follow-up meetings to assess the fit and satisfaction with the company
  • Plan and organize internal and external events to promote greater visibility to the company and facilitate new contact with potential candidates
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work .
