You need to be results oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.
As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives : EFO & new model.
Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers
Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets
You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective.
Solid negotiation skills.
Good Communicator and an active listener.
