The Sales Operations Specialist acts as a business partner for internal teams, mainly focused on revenue management / sales and merchandising, providing them guidance with the aim to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
You will act as a point of contact / escalation in case of operational issues / bottlenecks, as well as provide support to the International Travel Operations team.

You’ll spend time on the following :
Act as point of escalation for potential process-related issues or bottlenecks, and assist internal teams in resolving them
Be proactive in identifying potential process improvements and looking for opportunities to prevent any potential issues and bottlenecks
Collaborate with Sales Operations team in preparing and implementing tool and process improvements aiming to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Independently manage small-scale projects
Support cross-functional & cross departmental efficiency projects to improve collaboration and achieve streamlined processes
Support Operations senior team in the execution of large scale projects
