Lead IT complex projects through their whole lifecycle, with special focus on enterprise applications rollouts
Capture the explicit and implicit needs of the business areas and lead the solution design, delivery and post-implementation evolution as part of an existing product or as a new one
Conduct the scouting for new partners, its review, selection and negotiation
Take full ownership of already existing digital products within the company, delivering a first-class service to its users while being capable of defining, monitoring and optimizing key metrics such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Work as a member of the Digital Business Solutions team in a complex and rapidly changing environment
Requirements and qualifications
Spanish native speaker and high level of English, both spoken and written, as (it is required daily to communicate fluently in an international organization.
Fluency in German is considered as a plus.
Strong communication and diplomatic negotiation skills
Teamwork, proactivity and ability to adapt to demanding environments
Confident appearance, high flexibility and willingness to take personal responsibility
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Experience of at least 5 years as IT project manager, product manager or consultant
Experience leading the implementation and / or product management of enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft 365 Suite)
Experience working with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Teams (or similar enterprise management & collaboration tools)
