We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 6+ years experience to join us as our first lawyer in Spain sitting within the Western and Southern Europe and Israel team.
You will support the commercial work for local advertising sales, business marketing, user growth and marketing teams in Spain and Portugal.
You will also be the first line of support for the relevant markets working closely with subject matter experts within the legal team and cross functional colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a key market. Responsibilities : - Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including sales agreements and agency partnerships;
creative agency and marketing agreements; talent agreements and image releases; media buying contracts; collaboration agreements and sponsorship agreements;
Advise on initiatives to support creators and support local activation of TikTok's content licensing and live-streaming plans;
Advise on a broad range of compliance issues relating to advertising, monetisation and media regulation relevant to the Spanish and Portuguese market including media regulation and consumer protection laws;
Advise and support multiple stakeholders for the Spanish and Portuguese businesses with a focus on building relationships and efficiency;
Advise on legal risks for the Spanish and Portuguese business and partner with legal colleagues and senior business leads to mitigate these risks.
Support the wider legal team with a variety of matters affecting Spain and Portugal including litigation and regulatory matters.
Support and advise the government relations and public policy teams in advocacy work.- support knowledge management, template development (including playbooks), process improvement and training.
QualificationsYou will be qualified in Spain with 6+ years experience. You will : - Ideally have experience advising platforms, digital content or advertising businesses, either based in private practice or in-house;
have an understanding of digital advertising, digital rights acquisition and familiarity with the privacy issues in this environment with a strong grounding in the GDPR;
have strong commercial acumen and be comfortable taking commercial decisions and working closely with members of other teams;
have solid experience in drafting and negotiating agreements; - have a highly collaborative style and strong inter-personal skills - experience of working in an international business is a plus;
be passionate about the law mixed with a pragmatic work style;- have strong communication skills that allow you to interact with a wide variety of individuals and to convey legal facts clearly and simply;
