  • Negotiating commercial terms with regional / local accounts.
  • Negotiating second additional activity exposure according to the agreements from the main office.
  • Check enforcement of promotional activity agreed with the main office.
  • Quantitative / Qualitative improvement of promotional activity agreed in the main office.
  • Monitoring compliance with agreed Planograms.
  • Reduction of out stock and increased distribution via assortment comparative review of POS and reporting of incidents
  • Application of the principles of excellence 4P’s in the main categories in POS.
  • Collecting quantitative information of products and competition (price, presence, and distribution of shots, etc.)
  • Collection of qualitative information relating to customers and categories (competition, information to include in LSM, internal customer communications, customer errors in POS communication, timely information needs, etc.)
  • Detect and alert on any new / change in the market -level categories or customers.
  • Optimization assigned route.
  • Establish a trust relationship with the managers of establishments.

    The Sales Representative’s primary objective is to represent RB towards our customers, through regular individual store visits within an assigned sales territory.

    The position is based within the Field Sales division of the RB Country Sales Operations. The position is assigned territory and forms external customers’ relationships through regular store visits.

    Main responsibilities

  • Negotiating commercial terms with regional / local accounts.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry
  • University Degree
  • English desirable
  • Spanish level Native
  • Cultural Fit : hands-on, entrepreneur, motivate, proactive
  • Negotiation skills
  • Analytical Skills
