    Do you want to be part of the world's largest bedbank? We're looking for you! This is a great opportunity to kick-off your career in a fast-

    paced and global environment. In this role you will provide support in the implementation and roll out of our new corporate credit cards project.

    Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract role in Mallorca.

    Some of your key responsibilities will be :

    o Manage the corporate card program, developing the guidance for card issuance and reporting

    o Support the Corporate Credit Card Policy compliance , which includes developing a governance process to incorporate changes and developing ongoing training plans for new and existing users

    o Lead the implementation of global card programs; managing reporting and compliance.

    o Partner with the Treasury team in providing governance over our relationship with the credit card providers

    o Develop and maintain an audit and compliance program to monitor risk within the card programs

    o Oversee the card program help desk management and end user training and support

    o Credit Card reconciliation and investigation of outstanding items

    o Assisting the Compliance Manager with compliance-related tasks

    o Help to build out monitoring and testing for the compliance program

    o Help develop compliance procedure and strengthen our compliance program

    o Reviewing the firm's Policies & Procedures

    o Any ad hoc tasks / queries which may be required from time to time

    Some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for :

    Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, accounting or a closely related field

  • Professional Proficiency in English, Spanish is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders of different levels of seniority
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
