Our client is an American multinational information technology company, developing and providing innovative hardware components for small to large enterprises across a wide range of industries.
They are currently recruiting for a French speaking candidate for their international partner in Barcelona, to reinforce their sales team and growth their revenue on the French market.
Cultivate and grow an assigned installed base of reseller accounts and develop strong and long lasting B2B relationships
Prepare and present commercial and technical service proposals
Assess opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services
Review level of client satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary
Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or resellers calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services
Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
A salary in line with Barcelona’s standard : from 18.000€ to 24.000€ / year (including bonus)
Long term position, job from Monday to Friday, standard office hours (39h / week)

Requirements : The Profile.
You have a native level of French + excellent level of English
You have minimum 2 to 4 years of previous B2B Sales experience / Account Management
Experience in the IT / Technology sector is a plus
You have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
You have strong organization and prioritization skills
You have excellent clients and customers relationship management skills
You have the ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem-solving skills when making decisions
You have the ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources
You are familiar with sales CRMs and Microsoft office
