Our opportunity

Group Audit is responsible for performing audits over the whole of Zurich's operations globally. We are looking for an Operational Enablement Analyst to join our team in Barcelona and be part of our global Internal Audit organization.

Reporting into the Group Audit Operational Enablement Team manager, this role has responsibility to provide operational support in the area of Learning & Developing, promotion recruiting reporting, and reporting, Group Audit Employee Master Data, while supporting the Mid- and End Year Review.

You will have the opportunity to interact with the local country audit leaders and team members across the globe, including Corporate Centre, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and other regions.

Your Role

As an Operational Enablement Analyst, your main responsibilities are to :

  • Co-ordinate the developing and the update of the Group Audit training material (incl. Audit System), Learning and development calendar and issue training certificate for internal training.
  • Support launch technical training / certification process (Insurance, Audit etc.)
  • Review and further develop Group Audit induction program and associated process.
  • Support launch and co-ordination of different initiatives such as Mentoring program, Leadership Training rollout, Learning organization, Z-talks etc.
  • Support the objectives setting, promotion and calibration process.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc high quality & timely reports for internal and external key stakeholders
  • o Headcount, Organizational chart recruiting status, etc.

    o Professional Certification, Induction, Self-assessment, Audit Engagement Level Appraisal ELA, annual declaration of individual objectivity etc.

  • Prepare clearly articulated presentations explaining HR data, implications and conclusions while analyzing trends where appropriate.
  • Initiate actions to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the related process & tools, while keeping updated process documentation.
  • Support budget and forecast process incl. review & maintain target utilization model.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within Group Audit and across Zurich incl. HR community
  • Your Skills and Experience

    As an Operational Enablement Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include :

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar and / or related role
  • Experienced gained in online training conceptual design is advantageous
  • Ability to work remotely & using a structured approach with an attitude for creative problem solving
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation
  • Good process thinking, able to diagnose and fix process issues
  • Advanced Excel (pivot, complex formulas) and PowerPoint capabilities & ability to create structured & meaningful presentations and reports
  • Effective communication of ideas and presentation in written and spoken English
  • Additional languages is advantageous
  • Experience of international working / cultures advantageous
