  • Focus on sales, profit and customer for life approach - Development of new business opportunities- Alignment of clients needs with team best potential Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate in the CCAA strategic plan design and implement the activities and actions defined in its area of responsibility to achieve the sales targets and strategic KPIs, at all levels but fundamentally related to the hospital
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of allocated Key Customers' needs and requirements as well as develop new sales in medium and long-term relationships
  • Identify new opportunities within existing clients offering high value solutions as well as detecting new possible clients and opportunities that drive business growth
  • Monitor market and customer movements in order to react effectively and proactively to any changes
  • Negotiate, within guidelines, prices and terms to ensure the best deals are secured, in compliance with pricing policy, profit strategy and positioning
  • Collaborate with the different stakeholders and teams inside RDE whenever synergy opportunity exists
  • Proactively involve the Solutions team as well as cross functional key functions early in the sales process and customer life-cycle
  • Actively promote alignment and best practices sharing
  • Collaborate with the different stakeholders inside Roche whenever synergy opportunities exist
  • Ensure that all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure activity planning / reporting and opportunity mapping at the CRM software, keeping data updated
  • Respect compliance with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies *Develop and align the team under responsibility identifying their skills, aptitudes and potential guiding them towards the best client satisfaction and objective's achievement Requirements :
  • Preferred university degree in Life Science or Business Management
  • Relevant experience as Sales Manager in the IVD and / or medical devices market, with a proven success record
  • Fluent in English preferred Compentencies :
  • People Management skills with focus on people development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building strong relationships with Customers and different stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze all aspects of the business in order to make informed business decisions
  • Good convincing skills with ability to clearly present
  • Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction
  • Project management skills and demonstrable planning and organizational skills, with short, medium and long term vision.
  • A person who questions the status quo.
