  • To support our continuous growth and expand our market share in Spain, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with over 3 years of proven experience in prospecting, hunting and closing complex deals with global organisations in industries such as;
  • Digital Commerce, Technology, Retail, Travel, Startup’s, Automotive, Healthcare, Insurance, Entertainment, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Financial Services or Utilities.

    An ambitious Hunter that applies defined & modern prospecting methods & consultative selling techniques to identify business opportunities & potential client’s needs, with the skill to tailor personalised solutions & close complex business deals with leading brands in rapidly evolving industries.

    A savvy and articulate sales professional that can work independently, design commercial strategies, produce profitable pipelines, design & present competitive business solutions and represent Teleperformance Spain’s value proposition at C-Level.

    Key Competences & Responsibilities

  • As a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive, your main goal will be to improve Teleperformance market position in Spain & achieve financial growth by acquiring new logos.
  • You will be expected to achieve complete mastery of Teleperformance business model, USP’s, key differentiators with the objective to build commercial bridges with key targets and address personalised solutions at C-Level.
  • Gain & maintain an extensive knowledge of market conditions, competitors, future trends and state of the art technology, relevant to the customer experience, contact center and business process outsourcing industries.
  • Thorough industry expertise of assigned verticals (Players, financial details, rankings, M&A’s, business requirements, threats, challenges, customer experience strategies, new business trends, influencers & key decision makers)
  • Market segmentation, Target market sizing, and Teleperformance Spain positioning
  • Along with the Business Development Leader, you will design commercial strategies in assigned verticals, produce key targets lists, establish effective pipelines, identify and produce new business opportunities and close deals in line with established sales objectives.
  • You will gain invaluable insight of your key targets (Current customer experience models, requirements, challenges, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, pain points & objectives) with the goal to build personalized and appealing business solutions, along with the business solutions team.
  • Develop an extent networking portfolio of contacts in key verticals.
  • As part of the regional Business Development Team Spain , you will report directly to the Business Development Director in the region and you will work closely with local and international counterparts from business units such as;
  • marketing, business intelligence, workforce management, pricing, HR, recruitment, training, operations, IT and legal, to achieve updated and competitive information

  • RFPs & Proposals Management
  • As a seasoned Business Development Executive, your will design, present and defend competitive presentations & lead contractual negotiations at C-Level
  • Requirements

  • Consultative & complex selling experienced professional that has a high business acumen and understands principles of value creation and differentiation.
  • Capable of combining parts / strengthening angles to bring forward tangible value to convey competitive advantages in Teleperformance Spain’s business solutions.
  • Professional that understands a business case and relates value creation of a company to the TP offerings and products.
  • Professional that proactively understands a company strategy, its business model, the industry landscape in terms of standard deliveries, USP’s and emerging trends.
  • Ability to quickly learn the features and benefits of a complex business model & its specific products
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
  • Prioritize and focus efforts on best opportunities (short, medium and long term) based on business needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills strategies
  • Anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and think independently to adapt as required
  • Executive level of written & spoken English & Spanish (business level) are absolutely critical for this position.
  • Other Competences

  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, developing metrics and dashboards
  • Experience with marketing communications and market segmentation.
  • Proficient understanding of value propositions, company DNA & corporate values
  • Financial and business acumen; capable of creating unbudgeted opportunities funded from value of the solution or offering
  • Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process, pricing and systems to drive consistent business results
  • Personal Resilience Person will be used to execute against a plan which has a limited amount of time per solution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge to acquire

  • Demonstrate a well-developed and updated sense of the Spanish BPO & Contact Center industry and market trends
  • Depth of knowledge of our customers’ businesses and drivers
  • Perfect understanding of customer experience services Customer support Sales Technical Services
  • Perfect understanding of contact center operations & business process outsourcing
  • Strong knowledge in RPA, automation, machine learning & process optimisation.
  • Education / Personal Characteristics :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas : Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years related work experience in executive sales positions.
  • Desired experienced in BPO, contact center, consulting, technology, digital, e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Available for EU residents only
