To enable the efficient scale out of our 3D Print (3DP) business, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations activities are structured in close collaboration with the broader HP systems and processes.

We are hiring a Sales Operations expert to drive 3D Print process and capabilities across the lead to cash functions.
Act as the interface between the global 3DP business unit and Global Sales Operations.
Development and implementation of the operations requirements for 3DP across Lead to Cash.
Designing new, and enhancing existing global infrastructure & platforms to drive the most effective processes & deliver the best possible sales and customer experience.
Lead a virtual team of operational experts responsible for the Lead to Cash execution of the 3DP business within the 3 global regions (Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA)
Definition and setup of Key Performance Indicators covering execution quality, customer experience, and productivity
Management of a 3DP specific operations governance across the contributing operations organisations.
Implementation of a growth plan that maximizes the balance of customer, partner, and sales experience with cost and efficiency
Management of 3DP Sales Operations OPEX budget and lead short, mid and long term operational requirements planning.
3-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and / or 3D / GSB processes
Excellence in collaboration, communication, influencing and achieving results through others is core to who you are.
A high level of project management skills
Ability to bring structure to an opportunistic and entrepreneurial situation and have demonstrated the ability to take lead by corralling others.
Capable of getting into the details in order to solve issues, and then taking a step back, stitching together processes E2E, identifying opportunities to improve and restructure, in order to enable a customer, partner & sales focused scaling of the business execution.
Ability to collaborate across regions and teams and build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
Be able to adapt quickly to changing environments with a high level of problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from individual contributor to senior executives
