Our client, a global leading IT consultancy company are recruiting for a number of IT Helpdesk Support to join their project in Germany .
Providing full desktop support on client’s side
Desktop software installation, debugging and configuration
Mobile phone software installation, configuration, debugging and troubleshooting
Reinstall desktop system, configuration, debugging, repair driver, download and upgrade driver
Telephone line, telephone network troubleshooting
Maintenance and replacement of peripherals’ accessories hardware, incl. Printers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, etc.
Routine inspection of printing equipment, conference room, server room.
2nd level hardware maintenance, such as laptop, desktop, spare parts management and replacement services
Equipment fault handling - System hardware or network problems handling
Server room access control
Monitoring system event request - Providing monitoring video playback and extraction etc.
Air condition and UPS routine maintenance in server room, coordinating with and monitoring the vendor to technical support and maintain
Wireless network fault handling, the quality test of wireless network, whether having blind spots, delay, switch, etc.)
Dedicated network line fault handling, dedicated network warning, tracking and detecting (on-off, delay, switch etc. ), assisting in testing and repairing network line fault
Fault handling and maintenance of Access Control System, Monitoring System, Attendance System
Qualified IT Specialist or Bachelor or above degree in IT or engineering
Fresh graduates with high IT affinity and interest in IT technical support or 2+years working experience in a similar role
Fluent English, German and Chinese
