Description of the most important tasks (Detailed definition of the role) : FINANCE

  • Reports to FD. Assures the control of the economic and financial position of the company. Drives the treasury trends and reports the information needed.
  • Monthly, quaterly and yearly results analysis.
  • Follow up / Analysis of Budget & Business plans. Operative reporting.
  • Drives annual budget , forecasts and monthly deviations.
  • Identify risks and opportunities at a rentability level.
  • Monthly reporting & control of financial statements (BS, P&L, CF, etc..). Analysis of the information.
  • Company KPI's follow -up.
  • Factory costs follow up (Absortion)
  • Tax & fiscal requirements management.
  • Audit preparation & follow up (internal & external).
  • Stock control and support to the Commercial team for the good health of the inventories.
  • CAPEX control
  • Group reporting (SAP BOFC)
  • Credit management (Credit Insurance follow up, support Cial team, bad debt follow up...)
  • General Accounting, Reporting and Controlling affairs management.
  • Other departamental functions stated by the FD
  • HHRR

  • Coordinates administrative processes ( Data protection, compliance, local & Group legal requirements)
  • Gives support on HR matters to HR Manager (Union announcements and indications follow up, Bonus follow up, Working calendar, Group and local rules, payroll, Induction plans and obligatory documentation, medical check-
  • ups, personnel timmings, personnel trainigs ...)

  • Any requirements related to HR from the HR Manager
  • Employees and company declarations and needs (fines,certificates, etc..)

  • Lawyers and legal affairs support
  • Local & Group rules follow up
  • Other departamental functions stated by the Legal Mgr

  • Compliance follow up and support to Admin Mgr.
  • Data protection control & support to Admin Mgr.
  • Control of internal rules and appropiate utilization of the company assets.
  • Health & Safety processes follow up
  • Archive maintenance. Documentation Bookkeeping (phisycal & digital).
  • Web page maintenance
  • Other departamental functions stated by the Adm. Mgr.
  • PRL tasks and control
  • Perfil buscado (h / m)

    The ideal candidate should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • More than 5 years experience on a similar position
  • Experience in team management
  • Proactive profile & analytics
  • English B1 or First certificate is a must (other languages are a plus)
  • Advanced user in Office package (excel, word, power point, access, outlook)
  • SAP user is a plus
  • Focused on processes
