Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role :

For our European Sales team in our Printer Systems Division (PSD) printers.averydennison.com we are looking for a motivated and highly driven Territory Account Manager Iberia - Printer Systems.

This is a challenging role in a very fast, highly competitive growing business and within a high performing sales team.

As Territory Account Manager Iberia you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities in our key market segments targeting application primarily in the Fulfillment and Food space, introducing our innovative and unique solutions linked to traceability, identification, price management.

Activities may include, but are not limited to :

Grow business by winning new business for our expanding network

Work self dependently to find new business

Be creative to find new approaches to win new customers

Builds and strengthens relationships with our customers and colleagues across EMEA

Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within Iberia

Develops a sound understanding of the competitive landscape assessing continuously for trends and opportunities

Uses Sales Force to effectively analyze sales activities and customer base

Delivers accurate and regular sales forecasts and performs an efficient pipeline-management


What we expect from you! - Your Expertise :

University degree combined with a knowledge in dealing with sales teams and managing Global Accounts is preferred

Regional) Experience in purchasing / finance / sales in international business, ideally in targeted markets is advantageous

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish both spoken and written

Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing the business

Strong interest and drive to identify / build and meet customer needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational organization

Perform well in any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time

High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important

Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with strong self management (work remotely) to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done

Strong cultural empathy and team-player, relationship-building attitude to operate in complex multinational organization

Valid driving licence is mandatory

Based in Spain

At least 5 years experience in sales
