Do you want to be at the forefront of Customer Journey?We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to bring innovative marketing techniques that increase customer awareness and improve customer experience.

In this role you will to work to design and optimize the experience of Amazon cross-site home page both on desktop and mobile devices, which is a great real estate asset to delight our customers.

You will design and run campaigns to provide the best customer experience and to drive Amazon strategic priorities. You will conduct tests and web labs to gather insights and optimize our strategy.

Responsibilities : · Optimize the on-site customer experience, highlighting Amazon’s selection, value, and convenience to appeal to local customers· Plan, coordinate and execute cross site campaigns and merchandising initiatives testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, presentation, and targeting those which drive the best results and response· Review and update site content that may be part of the gateway page· Using multiple content management systems, and working with browse teams, set up new products and browse nodes which ensure accurate, up-to-date and high-quality product detail across the category· Influence user interface design and ensure standard practices and processes regarding the editorial style of the category are followed· Manage external content providers and coordinate content from internal and external sources through an overall promotional calendar· Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, vendor managers, designers, and other content managersBasic qualificationsBasic qualificationsFor this role you'll need to be creative, detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership.

    We also offer competitive salary, stock units, and other benefits.· Bachelor's degree is required with Master preferred· Professional experience (3 / 4+ years) ideally in an online, retail, e-commerce environment as Marketing Manager· Analytical mindset· Professional experience building content online.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing on different channels· Project management· Solid understanding of both bricks-and-mortar and online retailing.
  • Strong analytical skills : understand and use web metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content in an unbiased fashion· Ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders, from senior leaderships to site merchandisers· Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and deliver results· Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines· Ability to learn and follow the basics of Amazon’s editing style, in order to write headlines and other text that conform to site style· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish· Fluent English· High computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyPreferred qualification · Fluency in Italian· SQL, Data mining and statistical skills are a plus· Experience in marketing or merchandising· Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers.
