We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Manager to join us at Bristol Street Motors Citroen Derby in an exciting, newly created role!

We are offering a basic salary of £25,000 plus a range of company benefits including colleague car scheme and a share incentive scheme.

This is a full-time position where you will be working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

As Sales Support Manager, you will provide support to the Business Manager and Sales Manager by ensuring the time between order and handover is minimized, potentially to same day handover, finalizing and ensuring completeness of finance documentation to the required standard.

You will also be supporting the advertising of vehicles and retail merchandising.

You will liaise with customers to secure signature and any required documentation to facilitate delivery, follow up on finance acceptances through to secure funds, manage the dealership delivery dashboard and deal directly with customers on the delivery timetable to meet their expectation and ensure logistics are set-up.

You will propose deals to the finance companies to support the securing of vehicle sales and act as the liaison between the Dealership and the Vehicle Admin hub and other general Sales Support duties as required.

The successful person will have high attention to detail and a passion for hitting targets to meet customer expectations.

Ideally you will have experience in an administration role or within the motor trade.

This role is full time across 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
