steel containers production. Functions

  • Support the lead role in developing HERITAGE B Group business strategy;
  • Analyze external / internal business environment which will impact on any of HERITAGE B Group activities and foresee a full picture of future HERITAGE B Group network;
  • Identify opportunities, risks and challenges for and develop strategic focus areas of HERITAGE B Group through dialogues with the Business Activities and Business Critical Functions and any other relevant functions globally;
  • Provides framework and process for the development of the strategy for HERITAGE B Group;
  • Work with senior management to improve financial awareness and budgeting and to identify areas of concern and recommend remedial action;
  • Accountable for developing and regularly refining HERITAGE B Group strategic focus areas such as Network optimization / Make or Buy / Multiple sourcing strategy, etc.;
  • Collect and analyze global manufacturing and supply chain information relevant to each strategic subject;
  • Establish, maintain and improve database dashboard related to HERITAGE B Group information;
  • Accountable for developing, maintaining and improving HERITAGE B Group KPI metrics / dashboard & reporting / performance management system;
  • Develop systematic tools and processes of KPI monitoring / reporting for HERITAGE B Group in collaboration with the diverse stakeholders (e.

  • g. Business, IT, Finance, etc.);
  • Responsible for the entire management accounting of the Group, setting and maintaining high standards including the timely and accurate production of management reports in line with IFRS;
  • Guide and manage controller to ensure effective reporting as well as taking specific ownership as business challenger;
  • Responsible for continual improvement in the reporting requirements of seeking the usage of technology and automation where and when Group adding value rather than just producing reports;
  • possible to ensure focus is spent;
  • Understand and input into developing tax efficient planning strategies;
  • Write, present and manage business case applications in support of key Group projects;
  • Prepare ad-hoc management reports as and when required;
  • Prepare reporting and analysis of business data using the Management

  • Information database (Tagetik)
  • Coordinate & support the main business planning processes : Budget and Forecast

    Participate in developing corporate accounting manual and developing standard chart of accounts

    Initiate, manage and participate in projects to improve and automate the reporting and controlling processes. Requirements

  • Education :
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a major in Finance / Accounting / Controlling

  • Professional Experience :
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in finance, reporting and planning, financial accounting;
  • Work experience of consulting in one of the big six account firm and the Financial Account and Reporting department of an international corporate environment is highly preferred;
  • Management experience is appreciated. Skills :

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Spanish or German are a definite plus;
  • Strong analytical skill with the ability to structure complex situations and information;
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management - make things happen Fast learning and thinking;
  • Ability to adjust to multicultural environment, build and maintain effective relationships in a culturally diverse organization;
  • Project management skills, including planning and alignment of activities and resources, risk assessment, progress reporting to the steering committee;
  • Fluency in English is essential, German, Spanish and other European languages are a plus
