The Regional Access Manager focuses on exploring opportunities, design models, tendering planning and implement regional access strategies to maximize Sandoz future business, with a strong focus on monoclonal antibodies.

This position must have an excellent understanding of the Regional political and Health Care environment, trends in tenders, and trends in hospital market in order to optimize Sandoz product strategies.

He or she develops a clear understanding about which are competitors' strategies, tender pricing strategies and actions that impact Sandoz's business and tender strategy, and s / he needs to have comprehensive view of Sandoz products portfolio (Biosimilars).

Understands key stakeholders needs (at regional and local level) and creates good relation to influence them. Ensures regional & local access (at tender level) and at the same time engages with external stakeholders and internal customers on to pursue innovative tender approaches.

This role participates actively in Region listing planning and execution. Development and implementation of regional access strategies in his / her area :

  • Accountable for achieving best strategy and in-market prices according to the market situation, aligned with internal stakeholders.
  • Development of specific plans to ensure best regional access assessment :

  • Detect & anticipate customer needs and develop solutions according to business strategy and market situation.
  • Assist in maintaining Tender KOL Plan & Mapping with different Stakeholder influence or decision makers in tenders in the area.
  • Contribute with customer and competitive insights and blend them into tender strategy development :

  • Participate in the development of innovative tenders' strategies that will capture the key environmental changes, competitors' actions and customer insights.
  • Responsible for collaborations with internal stakeholders :

  • Ensure the alignment of internal stakeholders with Sandoz regional access strategy Financial and Business Results / Strategy & Market Focus / Operational Excellence :
  • Brand revenue
  • In deep analysis of Stakeholder Mapping
  • Avoid access restrictions
  • Specific tenders KPI (key products in tenders, allegations, timings)
  • Number of tenders won
  • Listing speed and efficiency for new launches
  • Coverage of key Regional regulators and influencers
  • Application for tender prices approval
  • Implement tools to planning and follow tender results
  • Evolution of Hospital KA performanceMinimum requirements Education : University degree, preferably either in Business or Healthcare Languages : Native Spanish, English intermediate Experience : 3-
  • 5 years' experience in Key Account Management in Pharma, including regional access management Experience with Hospital Pharmacy Strong negotiation experience with Hospital & Regional accounts Biosimilars experience will be an asset.
