Our client is an international supplier of biocides, present worldwide, with offices in Barcelona. We are looking for an INSIDE SALES / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships for our export and private label department, who will be responsible for the following tasks : -

Grow new and existing account base contacting clients / leads to understand their requirements - Guarantee support to marketing activities, conduct market research and maintain CRM database -

Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries and follow up business relationships with existing customers - Execute operational duties by providing after-

sales support to customers. Solve customer problems by working collaboratively with other divisions of the company - Support the field sales staff in their sales process work, organizing and prepare for market appointments other issues pertaining to the account -

Organizing trade exhibition, coordinating for marketing material, travels. - The person will attend conventions and visits with clients together with the Key Account.

Requirements : - College Degree in Business or Biology or equivalent. - 2-5 years related sales experience / customer service experience.

  • Languages : Spanish or Catalan. - High level of English. - Any other language is a plus. - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) -
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus - Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
