Educate, motivate and measure the team
Accountable for building up and managing a team of planned 9 Digital Sales staff supporting UK / I with an expansion plan of additional 18 individuals supporting the rest of EMEA.
Recruit, on board and set up week 1’ activities for each individual in this newly formed group
Work closely with Regional Managers and the BU managers on integrating the Digital Sales territory rep within the local teams
Partnering with the appropriate sales teams within region to ensure alignment of Inside Territory Reps to Territory Managers maximize synergy on call / email versus feet on street activities
Accountable for forecasting for quarterly VMC on AWS bookings across EMEA.
Overall responsibility of people management, performance management and coaching of own teamREQUIREMENTS
2-3+ years’ experience in inside sales leadership
Preferable 3-4+ years’ experience in Cloud Consumption sales
Experience with setting-up and ongoing management of a multi-country, multi-culture and multi-matrix team, preferably in the high tech industry and / or Cloud Providers
Demonstrated passion for results and customer satisfaction
Real understanding of processes and best practices within an Inside Sale environment
Excellent organizational and managerial skills with ability to manage multiple cultures
Capable to manage a diverse group of people to common goals, with the ability to be an individual contributor
Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team
Fluent English in both speaking and writing is essential for this role. Spanish is important too (not mandatory) due to the location of the role and would be a great benefit for the candidate.
