Sales Operations Manager

SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reporting to the line Sales Management you will be leading the digital transformation of the commercial organization.

Your responsibilities will be to provide guidance and execution of the digital space by implementing the sales processes to enhance business intelligence. You will also :

  • Lead the customer mapping (own the customer data base and keep it up to date)
  • Lead sales processes to ensure integration by sales team.
  • Manage CRM, data collection, analysis, systems and target setting as well as being a key user of BI tools
  • Develop new KPI’s, dashboards and reports for the business development teams that generate insights to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide training and change management of digital tools to enable adoption and usage by the business development teams
  • Stay up to date with all (digital) evolutions
  • Initiate and implement specific projects
  • Represents sales department in all e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives
  • The requirement for this position are :

  • Master degree (economics, sales, marketing, information management, IT, digital, )
  • Very strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers
  • Passion for digital in a fast changing world with at least some affinity with the technical aspects
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong drive to make things happen
  • A passion for customers and business in general
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
  • Technical Skills

  • Experience with sales processes, digital tools and data management is an asset
  • Feels at ease with tools and systems, but also understands the processes behind
  • Is familiar with CRM systems, marketing related tools (e.g. marketing automation , )
