Purpose and relevance to the organization :

Contribute with their work to the profitability and achievement of store objectives :

  • Ensuring store KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Creating a bond with customers and reflecting the values of the brand
  • Serving and advising the customer, selling product and executing store operations carefully
  • Main Responsibilities :

  • Know individual store goals and strive to meet or exceed them using all available store resources
  • Understand customer needs and improve the brand experience using the elements of the adidas customer service model.
  • Know the basic facts about the products and incorporate them into your customer service strategy
  • Create an attractive environment for customers by applying visual merchandising criteria and maintaining the good condition of the store.
  • Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and shopping environment
  • Ensuring that the store's products are always available to customers, assisting in their implementation and replenishing stocks.
  • Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately, complying with Profit Protection regulations, minimizing losses
  • Comply with all protocols and security procedures stipulated for handling stock and work in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate productively and respectfully with other team members in order to meet or exceed store goals
  • Complete all required training programs and translate that learning into skills for your job
  • Change and Innovation
  • Convey your desire to learn and take advantage of all available opportunities to improve your performance based on market needs.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador, constantly demonstrating the Brand's Attitude and Values.

  • Required Experience

  • Preferably one to two months of work experience in a customer-oriented fashion / sports business
