About the role

The AR Specialist will work closely with the Business team as part of the finance team to handle all client (local and foreigner customers) administrative and finance matters, including billing, collections, and assisting the accountant with revenue recognition.

The AR Specialist will communicate with clients directly on administrative matters, managing and resolving any problems or conflicts.

Working on the Spanish and French Subsidiary.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas :

  • Creation / update of customer records and contracts, descriptions of products and prices in Salesforce CRM and Netsuite ERP.
  • Raising invoices and credit notes in Salesforce CRM / Netsuite ERP.
  • Monitoring of customers, collections and contracts; Collection of administrative documents for the creation of customer records.
  • Interacting with customers by phone and email.
  • Follow-up of collections, management of the factoring contract, collections dispute resolution and information feedback between the customers in question.
  • Development and analysis of KPIs related to the sales administration activity.
  • About you : Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalents.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position (in A / R), preferably in the IT sector (SAAS model). Accounting knowledge will be valued.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing company, with the flexibility and autonomy that implies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sense of diplomacy and dynamism.
  • Discipline, organization and availability are essential to carry out the entrusted missions.
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Ability to approach and resolve stressful situations with calm and poise
  • Strong excel skills a must
  • Preferred Knowledge in Salesforce (CRM) and Netsuite (ERP)
  • Proficiency in English & French
