DescriptionInfoblox is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Implementation) to join our EMEA Technical Support team, based out of one of our European locations (Amsterdam, London, Madrid, Paris).

This is a brand new EMEA-wide role where you’ll be responsible for the implementation of product roll-outs at the Service Provider sites.

As the primary go-to person for the Service Provider customer, you are responsible for implementing all support related processes, ensuring a seamless transition from our Professional Services organization, to Infoblox’s support teams.

The TAM (Implementation) will report to our Technical Support Director (EMEA) based in Amsterdam.Come join our team where we have mentors, (not managers), who provide their teams with all the skills, tools, and knowledge to cultivate a long and successful career.

Responsibilities : Be the face of Infoblox’s support organization for our EMEA Service Provider customersBuild and embed the end-2-end support procedures for the different Opco’sEnsure third party support processes are aligned with Infoblox’s support proceduresOwn technical escalations and engage with relevant internal teams (Support Escalations, Engineering, and Account Management) to drive the escalations through to closureWork closely with the customer’s Program Management team to escalate, manage and report major project issues accordinglyPartner with assigned Infoblox resident engineer and sales architect to ensure alignment for best customer experienceHost regular / monthly case resolution / performance reviewsDeliver weekly progress updates to the Service ProvidersRepresent Infoblox Customer Support during steering meetings for OpCo accountsTravel to Service Provider sites as necessaryRequirements : Min.

8 years experience in a network infrastructure / network appliance / technical support roleStrong track record in Service Provider architecture and solution creationFamiliarity with telecommunications customersExperience with (or desire to learn) DNS and DHCP, IP address management, SNMP, network monitoring tools and virtual machines, container and container orchestrationWorking knowledge of L2 switching and L3 routing technologies or protocolsAbility to read and comprehend detailed network topology mapsExperience with migration & upgrade MOP (method of the procedure) reviewsStrong customer service skills, presentation skills a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English is a must (French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus)Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Possess : Project implementation management experienceKnowledge of network security management, firewalls, and security protocolsExperience with mitigation of security threats at the firewall level, knowledge of attack patterns and DNS specific attacksUnderstanding of one or more operating systems (Unix / Microsoft)Python, Perl or other programming skillsCCNA, Security+, CICA, CIST and CISSP certificationsKnowledge of security clearance a huge plusEducation : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical fields It’s an exciting time to be at Infoblox.
