Purpose :
To Translate the brand marketing strategy to a Trade Marketing Plan driving brand awareness across customer and channels
As a part of your main accountabilities will be :
Point Of Sales Materials :
Creation of POS materials and activities that ensures product sell-in store activation
Define suitable POS material to execute in determined channel 2nd
Be Responsible for Trade Marketing execution of new launches products and events / campaigns in major customers.
Analysis of display margin and optimization of POS costs
Coordinate promotional & activation plans at Point of Sales :
Define and execute promotional activities and execution tracking per customer.
Analyze execution in terms of quantity / type of displays / margins / per channel with internal data
Analyze our categories and competitor’s and track promotional activities and execution and activation per customer and campaign.
Coordinate in-store tastings activities with customers and agencies in major customers
Sales Force Support
Support Sales & Field team in different projects to meet customer requirements
Coordinate and ensure the correct implementation of the campaigns at the POS with the Field team and Area Managers by communicating all the different customers / calendars and ensure they have the tools to execute them.
Give strong support in specific customers projects to our sales force and field team.
Other Accountabilities :
Daily contact with Marketing team to keep product strategies aligned with the actions at the POS
Support in the preparation of Marketing Plans
Key person in terms of internal projects coordination (Sales / Mkt / Purchasing / Demand / Logistics departments)

Experience & tools :
Valuable experience in FMCG
At least 3 years experienced in Trade Marketing / Sales departments
Knowledge of marketing, trade, and sales principles
Proficient in MS Office (advanced excel is a plus)
Desirable experience with the tools : Cognos, SAP, Salesware (Tablet)
