Mission : Lead and create the digital vision for the Local & Regional Lifestyle Brands.
Main tasks :
Collaborate with Brand Managers and their teams to integrate digital in order to create complete and engaging marketing campaigns;
drive change with Markets in their implementation
Paid media management including strategy, plan approvals, plan tracking & post campaign reporting, research and learnings implementation
Develop and lead the digital assets strategy & implementation together with Brand teams
Content and Video Online Strategy deployment, focused on target and connection with most appropriate platforms
Settlement of programmatic buying & Google platform
Develop the Social Media Strategy for brands
Develop the Influencer program, from scouting (demographics, insights) to reporting (metrics obsession). Guidelines development focused on newness and effectiveness.
Seeding plans in line with PR.
Events : Conceptualize, plan and execute consumer activations in line with event agencies to bring to life seasonal brand initiatives.
Develop activation reports to document and present as best practices. Work with PR to build a strong communication plan and ensure a consistent flow of messaging (always on approach) across all channels
Management and update of transversal areas such as SEM, SEO; Social partners (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, 21 Buttons )
Gather & help applying creative digital media learnings to brand campaigns
Data KPI tracking & maintenance of data visualization technology (currently Datorama). Usage of Data for creating new digital strategies.
Coordination of media owners (google, facebook, etc) for business reviews, negotiations and pioneering activities
Collaborate with Media, eTailing, Consumer Insights teams in the development of an e-listening strategy and implementation throughout brands.
Help expand ecommerce opportunities (e.g. Birchbox). Social media & Influencers management model definition
Coordination & Implementation of digital learning roadmap (PUIG Digital Academy)
Brand campaigns for ecommerce

Desired Skills and Experience :
Business vision and teamwork spirit, plus project and coordination management (both internal and external teams, digital media operations agencies, strategic partners)
Strong experience in a digital agency or in a digital marketing role within a multinational company
International experience and mindset
English and Spanish fluent, other languages would be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong experience conducting user experience testing and solid understanding of core usability principles
Strong data analysis skills
Passionate about fragrances and fashion
