About the role
As Associate Manager, IT Services, Record to Report you work on several IT solutions within ERP Services and mainly in Finance and Controlling.
You are leading small to medium projects within the scope of record to report and you are a key contributor to projects affecting your solutions.
As project lead, you own the delivery of the solution and its associated metrics (SLA ). You also ensure your solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the business.
From a support standpoint you ensure support at level 1 and 2 are properly handled and you get involved in escalation mode at level 3 when the solution needs to be modified to ensure continuity.
You own the initial incident management for your solution. As resource part of projects, you are responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications, managing and / or approving requests for changes to the.
You can also act as consultant on your solution. This role brings a strong knowledge of current technology and IT capabilities (SAP mainly in the case of Controlling), expertise in multiple business areas as well.
In this role you may support project definition, initial cost assessment of projects and integration of various project suppliers and vendors.
Depending on your availability and capacity, you may also evolve by running the network of key users / super-users in the regions / markets and / or the level 3 support management.

users on established programs Ensure project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects / scope assigned Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your solution Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users Business and IT organization engagement Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders (build strong relationship outside IT) Develop your network, internally and externally and leverage it Create strong and trusting relationship with your key business partners, super-
users and IT colleagues Act as a consultant / expert to other IT services as needed.
