Job Description

Main Tasks and Activities

  • To achieve agreed territory sales targets.
  • To create and update a territory business plan, in line with the Company’s sales and marketing objectives, using all available internal and external resources.
  • To implement the effective planning, administration, utilisation and monitoring of marketing budget and activities to gain appropriate returns of investments.
  • To allocate budget in accordance with the analysis of the complexity and potential of targeted hospitals to achieve appropriate sales results.
  • To properly manage the opinion leaders of the territory to promote and consolidate our brand and the company image.
  • To suggest and plan actions to effectively achieve territory objectives and to properly manage emerging territory market changes.
  • To respect professional ethics and Spanish and International legislation concerning medical promotion and relations with healthcare professionals
  • To continuously provide the Company with territory market information about our products and competitors.
  • Qualifications

    Profile of qualification :

  • Education background in science.
  • Desirable Experience in CNS, Onco & Pain.
  • 2 years’ experience in hospitals sales.
  • Desirable Experience in CNS.
  • Catalan language.
  • Function Sales Sub Function Medical Representation
