About the Role :

Anopportunity has arisen for a Trainee position with our Sales and MarketingDepartment in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.

The main duties andresponsibilities of this role :

  • Dealing with the enquiries for the C&E Department
  • Assisting Events plan and coordinator
  • Supervising conference center operations
  • Assisting of issuing detailed group information(banqueting event orders, Resume) to all hotel departments
  • Assisting operations department during the event
  • About you :

    Theideal candidate for this position will have the following experience andqualifications :


  • Studies relatedto hospitality
  • Experience

  • Any hospitality experienceis a strength
  • Skills

  • Excellent writtenand oral English communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Tech savvy with strong attention to detail
  • Word-processing skills, preferablywith Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive, energetic and positiveattitude.
