To join our growing team, we’re currently looking for an implementation specialist based in Barcelona.
You’ll be part of the Customer Success team (CS), and after initial training, you’ll be in charge of developing the Implementation function within CS, creating processes and supporting our clients in rolling-out Alaya solution within their organization, ensuring a smooth and amazing customer experience.
You will be in charge of preparing our clients to roll-out the Alaya solution to their employees.
Among other tasks, you’ll be involved in the following activities :
Managing the entire onboarding process for new customers, from sales handover, portal set up and champion training, to global roll-out with employees.
Creating process to ensure a smooth transition for our clients between the sales and CS team
Put in place a project management tool to facilitate the onboarding process
Working with the IT team on soft IT integrations such as SSO
Collecting product feedback from your clients
Making sure all the necessary stakeholders are involved in the implementation phase
Providing a world-class service to our clients

Who we are looking for
The role is based in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate would :
Have a proven track record as CSM, implementation specialist or support specialist,, a passion for entrepreneurship and for supporting your clients
Be fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
Have a bachelor degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field
