Location : Europe (flexible)

Reporting to VP / GM Commercial EMEAI, the Regional General Manager, Enterprise & Strategic Accounts , EMEAI will be responsible for the PerkinElmer OneSource Enterprise portfolio along with business development at the regional level for the strategic accounts.

With a Team of 20 individuals, the Regional GM will manage a revenue of >

100mln USD.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Seeking out new clients and forming working relationships with the business sponsors and buyers within the Life Science / Pharma, Food and Labs Accounts
  • Providing leadership to a Team of Strategic Account Managers, Enterprise General Managers and Service Business Development Reps
  • Driving YOY growth by region and accurately forecasting future sales to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Forming key workflow solutions to keep company competitive and innovative
  • Working closely with the peers in Segment Units, Regional Managing Directors and other functional departments such us Finance and HR
  • Responsible for setting and managing budget to ensure operational and commercial targets are met
  • Ensuring that Team is appropriately engaged, developed and rewarded
  • Spreading a culture of operational excellence, collaboration and high achievement
  • Qualifications :

  • Degree in the business management or science (PhD and / or MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years of general management experience within EMEAI region
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales of solutions / services to small & large enterprises
  • Broad knowledge of the laboratory environment and science-based workflows in Pharma, Food and Industrial markets
  • Strong analytical skills as well as understanding of sales processes, financial analysis and service delivery environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-suite level
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in an agile matrix environment
  • Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
