What you will do :

  • Leverage and scale Sales, Solutions, Processes and Tools knowledge among the Sales Staff (TripAdvisor & TheFork).
  • How?
  • You will unleash the e-learning platform potential and thus increase our sales team knowledge and productivity.
  • You will adapt, create and develop the required content, to support existing training programs and develop new (onboarding, ongoing training, advanced trainings and management Curriculum) coordinated with Sales Enablement Trainers.
  • You will play the Tutor and Energyzer role in the e-learning platform to achieve the tool adoption and generate significant positive impact.
  • Support Trainers with their trainings when required in any stage (Ideation, Development and Implementation).
  • Lead trainings occasionally.
  • This position involves interaction and collaboration with Management of Sales, Customer Care and occasionally with other departments.
  • Who you are :

  • Degree in business (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, creative and efficient Individual.
  • Be self-motivated and autonomous learner.
  • Result oriented.
  • Get things done attitude.
  • Phenomenal pedagogical communication & presentation skills. You love make people learn!
  • Project management skills. Organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluency in English (Speaking and writing) is a must, any other language will be a plus.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Effective communicator and good presentation skills.
  • People skills, empathetic.
  • Knowledge in tools that could improve the learning experience (videos, infographics, etc..) will be a plus (not a must).
  • Sales Knowledge management / Content expert experience will be a plus (not a must)
  • Willing to have an impact on the organization.
