Technical Support Specialist, Mobile Device Management
Home-based postion, Flexible location across Europe
Build and deploy project specific Mobile Device Management (MDM) configurations for use internally and with 3rd party logistics providers
Primary point of contact for issue resolution regarding Mobile Device Management vendors and systems
Forecasting and availability of MDM licenses
Collaborate with other team members in the Software Development Lifecycle processes such as reviewing, designing and testing
Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members follow industry standard best practice
Ensure specified service level standards are achieved
May be required to perform duties outside working hours. This will be managed according to the applicable country legislation.
Skills and experience :
Typically requires 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience
Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms; Soti, MaaS360, and / or Airwatch
Possess ability to work independently
Working knowledge of communication systems and devices
Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
