What does a Technical Recruiter do at Busuu?
Leading and owning the whole recruitment lifecycle
Support Busuu in growing and strengthening all areas of the business across engineering such as Backend, Fullstack, Frontend, Android, QA and more.
Establishing sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Producing credible data analysis on performance metrics
Leading projects on continuous improvement : developing processes, delivering training, accelerating speed to hire, create high level candidate engagement and experiences
What we’re looking for in a Technical Recruiter :
Previous experience as a technical recruiter gained from agency, in-house or both
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Proven expertise in high-level talent attraction through social media, recruitment campaigns and networking capability
Experience of managing relationships with third party suppliers
High level recruitment, interviewing and selection capability
Ability to deliver training and development to the business to improve the quality of Busuu's recruitment
