acquiring customers and generating leads for key accounts and field sales
identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
providing further information on the key features and following up on customer requests
working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile
native in the following language : French
good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
good working knowledge of MS Office
Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
confident and professional on the phone
target driven personality, friendly and communicative
