Your Role & Responsibilities
Leading the industrial engineering department (includes jobs and functions IT / Organization chart SE)
Developing, implementing and monitoring project and process standards
Determination of departmental key figures and reporting within the IE
Setting internal corrective measures in the event of deviations from requirements
Participation in the overarching investment planning for plants, machines and tools in the plant
Planning and implementing rationalization projects
Organization and optimization of internal processes in the field of industrial engineering and production planning in the PDP process
Coaching and consulting of production planners, plant development, FMEA moderators and head of production planning
Technical and disciplinary authority and staff of the department
Right to propose training and further training
Right to propose for employees Recognition (salary and bonuses)
Right to propose business trips, overtime and holidays
Right to propose purchasing decisions within the budget
Pre-information and escalation of topics to the manager if necessary
Sharing default documents
Responsibility for the implementation of all PDP projects at the plant
Ensuring the development of competitive manufacturing concepts
Ensuring the efficient use of resources (human, machine, material)
Professional and disciplinary management of the employees
Manage, select, assess and develop staff
Ensuring ongoing training of employees
Standardization and continuous improvement of workflows, interfaces and communication
