ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You’re fully responsible for the job posting, applicant screening, candidate interviews, pipeline management, and much more

Guide candidates through the process.

Develop and update the job descriptions and specifications

Interview reports and database management

Use of different employment tools such as LinkedIn, employment forums...

Working closely with the hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture, and values

REQUIREMENTS

Italian mother tongue

C1 English level (Speaking and writing)

At least a year of proven recruiting experience

Goal-oriented mindset and analytical approach
