Role Summary
Implement and verify the correct application of the labor regulations in force, as the HR politics of the company, assuring the correct labor situation for the company and the worker.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the incoming process of new employees.
Recording and processing employee data.
Communications with the Social Security in everything related to hirings and terminations.
Social benefits management.
Elaboration of the labor calendar, control of holidays and wroking shifts.
Backup of the function of personnel administration. (Payroll).
Key Qualifications / Requirements
University Degree.
Experience in a multinational environment.
Al least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
