For our Spanish branch we are offering the opportunity to join the Training Department as Training Specialist for the following areas : Community of Madrid, Castilla-León, Castilla La Mancha, Canarias and Baleares.
The aim of this position is to guarantee the execution of technical and scientific training activities to Apoteca Natura and Aboca clients and partners in your geographical area of competence.
Key Responsibilities :
Be aware and always update about characteristics, advantages and benefits of Aboca Group products.
Lead training activities to pharmacists, providing the technical and scientific contents previously approved by the Function at central level and adapted to the local context.
Manage meetings and training sessions (seminars, webinar, courses) with groups of pharmacists, doctors and patients.
Promote counseling protocols and prevention services on different kinds of health problems
Know and use all the Apoteca Natura tools to support training and counseling activities.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Aboca Salesforce in your area of competence to share information and action plans about clients and partners.
Provide periodic updates to the Headquarter Training Department on the status of training activities in your area.
Essential requirements :
Scientific academic background (e.g. Pharmacy, Biology )
At least 2 years of work experience as Pharmacist or Training Specialist in the Pharmaceutical channel
Excellent communicator at all levels, able to produce high-quality contents for different kinds of audience
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are essential
Dynamic and flexible person, culturally open-minded
IT literacy intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite
Native Spanish speaker, with an excellent knowledge of the English language
Full availability to travel
