Quality Manager, CMS & KM

Purpose :

Develops, implements and monitors Quality programs of Consumer Health (CH) Quality Global Division, trainings and procedures to ensure compliance with GxP standards, ISO standards, Global policies and regulatory bodies regulations and guidelines in partnership with Corporate QMS function.

Develops Knowledge Management strategy for CH Global Quality.

Scope (global, regional or local) :

Key Tasks :

  • Develops, implements and monitors Quality programs of Consumer Health (CH) Quality Global Division, trainings and procedures to ensure compliance with GxP standards, ISO standards, Global policies and regulatory bodies regulations and guidelines in partnership with Corporate QMS function.
  • Evaluates all current Quality systems and processes and recommends and implements appropriate enhancements to ensure achievements of CH Global Quality Division long-term objectives.
  • Establishes and maintains lists of SMEs to contribute to the design of Global QMS standards.
  • Ensures that the CH division contribution / perspective is taken into account when providing comments to drafts / reviews to Corporate QMS, taking into consideration different inputs (e.
  • g., division, sites, technologies, etc.)

  • Writes (or facilitates writing) of specific CH Quality division specific documents (e.g., Food / cosmetic standards, etc.)
  • Establishes strategy / plan to guide the CH division to implement Global standards, and partners with Q Systems & Digital Transformation team for the standards / process translation into computerized systems.
  • Creates active training and development plans for the Quality staff with the objective of driving the overall competence and professionalism across the division (workforce of the future).
  • Develops Knowledge Management strategy for CH Global Quality.
  • Qualification & Competencies :

  • Education in life-sciences (e.g. chemist, chemical engineering, pharmacist)
  • Experience in international Quality management is essential for this function.
  • Practical experience in the areas of Quality Control, Quality Assurance and / or Manufacturing 5 to 10 years in the Pharmaceutical / Food industries.
  • Knowledge of international and cGMP-, ICH- requirements and other quality assurance guidelines.
  • Excellent communicative skills are mandatory for international interaction.
  • Highly structured and organized.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, process / results oriented, change management.
  • Capability to manage matrix teams (geographical and organizational).
