The Revenue Systems Specialist (RSS) will support the revenue management & distribution team to execute the commercial and revenue management strategy to maximize Direct and Indirect revenue potential.

He / she will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining hotel content, policies and rates in the Radisson Hotel Group’s Central Reservation System, in the GDS systems and OTA connections.

This include (but not limited to) supporting and optimizing OTA & leisure partners activities (connectivity support, implementation process, documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring system performance, rate parity, reporting, promotional activities, etc.

  • In addition, the Revenue Systems Specialist support in the onboarding of new hotels and perform regular audit across systems to ensure system accuracy.
  • Work with the hotels, area and corporate support office teams to drive Total Profitable Revenue, supporting the right price the right time for the right business via the right channel at the right cost mantra.

    Roles / Responsibilities :

    Rate, Room Type & Related Items Management Responsible for rates (all types), room types, cancelation and other policies implementation, maintenance and adherence to Radisson Hotel Group policies and / or contractual requirements within Radisson Hotel Group’s Central Reservation System, all GDS systems and OTA connections.

    Including but not limited to the definition of systems connectivity options / requirements, rate loading guidelines and audits, data spreadsheet, FAQs, etc.

    Channel Management Implements, maintains and modifies rate codes, room types, etc. for existing and new channels. Maintains up to date understanding of the Radisson Hotel Group distribution landscape.

    Implement key activities across channels (connected or not connected) to support business optimization. Including, but not limited to : commission boosting, genius, promotions activities, local campaign setup, etc .

    Content Creates and maintains accuracy of all content databases to ensure property information and policies are up to date in all channels of distribution with audits as required.

    Point of contact for distribution and partner support, escalate issues, troubleshoot error. Support in securing transparency of activities across RHG Distribution channels (Brand.

    com, OTA, GDS, etc ). Business Support Provide team support based on need to the revenue management department across all streams (optimization, systems, distribution, pricing, BI, etc ) to secure delivery of activities in line with the RHG - 5 Year Plan.

    Fosters strong relationshipsvia timely and accurate communication with corporate / hotel teams and execution of the required tasks.

    Channel Optimization Support in the analysis and implement required actions related to the performance of OTA & dynamic leisure partners identifying opportunities / risks to maximize total profitable revenue (content, rate parity, etc ). A successful candidate
