Purpose : Support production of the assigned supplier group in capacity management, fill-rate reports and KPI performance through the timely resolution of production issues.
Work across all assigned factories and Iberia business units to consolidate information in order to reach quality and delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders : textile suppliers, printing factories and various other parties to drive production, shipment of products headed to Marketing and B2B needs under SEA and Global Quality Sourcing procedures.
Manage day-to-day production tracking, including fabric and material status, track production performance and proactively address potential delivery problems with factories and supplier management.
Embellishment process management :
Ensure that all development samples and size sets are produced accurately and are shipped on time.
Ensure timely resolution of production issues working in collaboration with materials, production, costing and technical services team to reach quality and deliver objectives.
Transport management : choose the appropriate transport and support supplier to ensure that shipment documentation and data is provided timely and accurately.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum of B2+ level
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Experience in logistics industry and / or Supply chain environment
Knowledge of apparel and textile printing will be a plus
Advanced MS Office skills and good SAP command
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University degree, and / or master’s degree connected to Supply Chain activities
2+ years of related work experience in the apparel industry in a technical capacity
