Our client is a world leader industrial and commercial company in its sector. Therefore, STANDBY Consultores are recruiting a HR Manager Iberia, based in Zaragoza.

Reporting to the Managing Director, he will be responsible, amongs others, for :

HR strategy and plan :

  • Support HR budget process in all its aspects and phases
  • Support Bonus process in all its aspects and phases
  • Make sure that the local policies are well adapted to the legal and economic local context
  • Monitor HR indicators
  • Lean : improve and harmonize processes, mindset, skills and policies
  • HR Business Partnership :

  • Leads with the Managing Director and Plant Manager the Works Councils meetings and social relations
  • Provides tactical guidance and expertise to the senior management
  • Participates in (multi-disciplinary) business projects
  • Presents and shares information with his / her business stakeholders on the full scope of HR activities
  • Acts as coach on specific and complex employee cases
  • Supports organizational design and business innovations
  • Guide recurrent people management processes
  • Supports various employee communication activities as well as deployment of corporate HR initiatives
  • HR Team Activities :

  • Administration and payroll activities
  • Manages (part of) the HR roadmap and leads HR (improvement) projects
  • Supports establishment of the HR strategy
  • Sets up and optimizes relevant HR policies, procedures and instructions
  • Presents and explains (new) policies, initiatives, labor law implications and changes that require knowledge sharing or best practices
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor or Master level education in the field of HR or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of experience in HR
  • 5+ years of experience as HR Manager, preferably in an international, multicultural environment
  • Experience in a combined field of commercial and production background with a successful Works Council experience
  • Excellent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and culturally sensitive
  • Strong communicator
  • Hands on
  • SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced user)
