Job Definition

  • Co-ordinate the operations as well as the resolution of incidents and technical problems.
  • Solve incidents and technical problems related to TecAlliance Order Manager components raised by customers, f necessary involving 2nd or 3rd level support experts.
  • Conduct implementation projects and trainings together with ERP providers and customers.
  • Document processes, settings, procedures and co-ordinate / train the 1st level support team.
  • Participate actively in the further development of our offer of products and services.
  • Job Qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in a position in 1st or 2nd level support for software applications, customer software implementation / consulting or in a comparable position
  • Basic experience in the management of customer implementation project
  • Basic experience with XML and web services.
  • Fully proficient in English and German.
