Our incredibly multicultural and friendly team has proven itself as a major player in the mobile advertising landscape. To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to build user acquisition partnerships with leading mobile app / game developers and expand our advertisers base in EMEA .

The role requires to grow and maintain transparent communication across all the teams to make sure we keep a perfect alignment on the common goal of the company.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

  • Full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new advertisers and managing long term relationships with key clients from EMEA
  • Build up a sales pipeline via lead prospection, qualification and generation
  • Work in partnership with the EMEA team, to get the right support in terms of new business proposals, internal trainings, etc.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and Client services / Ad Operations to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver in full by actively overseeing delivery and revising or optimizing plans as necessary to exceed client expectations
  • Track and manage advertisers' pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals
  • Represent Entravision Digital and sell Headway (Mobile Performance Network) and Smadex (Mobile DSP), our in-house mobile marketing solutions, by posting, sharing content on social media and attending online / offline conferences.
  • Skills and requirements :

  • Be eligible to work in Europe full-time
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is a MUST. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic and / or Italian will be a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and / or Business Development within the Mobile Advertising industry is mandatory
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target driven sales environment with evidence of consistent and current success
  • Performance-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and quick learner able to adapt to new technology, software and responsibilities
