Claims Associate (Customer Solution Advisor)

Claims Associate tasks :

  • Call Centre Customer Service coverage
  • Review and evaluate all customer documentation in line with the policy terms and conditions in Payment Protection products : Disability, Involuntary Unemployment, Life, Life
  • Ensure all customer claims are processed in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Handle Client and customer’s requests over the phone
  • Support MI Client reporting
  • Continuous support to the Operations department in assigned tasks and projects
  • Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar operations role for an insurance company
  • Good knowledge of insurance terminology and familiar with insurance applications and Systems
  • Experience managing customer / client phones calls
  • Experience in claims handling, preferably Life, unemployment and Disability claims
  • Excellent keyboard skills & competent knowledge of windows-based MS Office applications (word, excel ).
  • Excellent communication skills with proven track record of dealing with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Customer service orientated and able to work under pressure
  • Spanish native speaker and some basic knowledge in EnglishAbout AXA
