The work :

As a Tagetik Consultant you will reengineer business processes to drive efficiency and optimize the client's business, within a function, industry, technical and / or digital area.

Responsibilities :

Design models, processes and evolution roadmaps in Planning and Control, Reporting and Consolidation areas, assess operational and organisational impacts

Collect and analyse business requirements to define and implement CFO operating models

Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions.

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Manages small teams and / or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Support new projects’ sales process (preparing sales campaigns on innovative themes, preparing partnership proposals, business case studies, RFP, etc.

through the identification of areas with greater digitization potential.

1 year of hands-on experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards and Quick views in Tagetik.

2 years of hands-on experience in implementing one or more EPM technologies (Sap Analytical Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Anaplan, etc.)

Background in financial / multi-dimensional modeling, analytics or business intelligence

Prior experience in full life cycle implementations

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, or related field and equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Attended one of the Tagetik application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators)

Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.

Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies

Prior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients.

Prior experience in ERP, accounting reporting & analytics systems, with a focus on functional process design, business blueprinting, program management / PMO for the best Finance and Accounting solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft.

Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of a larger engagement

Ability to travel

Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
